The Loft Recording Studio

Professional Audio and HD Video Production Suites

We are equipped for analog and digital audio recording as well as multi-camera HD video. Our control room is adjacent to The Live Room, and it is also fully linked to The Loft Performance Venue on the same level with a capacity of 180 seats. We are also able to arrange for recording at the larger 700 seat performance venue next door- The Machine Shop.

At The Loft an artist can produce professional sound and multi-camera video in either a studio or live performance setting - all easily arranged in one location.

Affordability

Generally an artist must first locate a suitable venue, then coordinate the venue rental with the hiring of a mobile recording unit. Set-up and recording are problematic as all equipment must be moved to the site, and all details carefully coordinated with the schedules of the venue and recording technicians. There are also other common problems such as dirty electrical noise and sound isolation. The result is often enormous cost, production problems and limited time for recording.
