Melody Moffatt
Melody Moffatt is a dedicated music educator with nearly 25 years of experience in music-making. Classically trained through the Royal Conservatory of Music, she holds a certificate in Teaching Elementary Piano and is currently in her final year of the Music program at Algoma University. She has studied both piano and cello under the instruction of Dr. Anne Louise Turgeon.
Melody fosters a warm, supportive, and goal-oriented learning environment for students of all ages and backgrounds. She offers lessons in elementary to intermediate piano, elementary cello, and music theory, with a strong emphasis on building both technical skills and expressive artistry.
As a musician with a secondary background in the graphic arts, Melody brings an engaging, creative dimension to her teaching. Her artistic flair is also showcased in her original compositions for solo piano, featured in short films.
Passionate about helping students find their own musical voice, Melody is committed to nurturing confident, well-rounded musicians with a lifelong love of music.
