Susan Traficante

Susan is the coordinator  of preschool and elementary group classes for children at Algoma Conservatory.

As an experienced piano teacher Susan created the popular three level introductory music program from the perspective of building a solid foundation for the study of an instrument or voice.

She has been a guest teacher at local elementary schools and daycare centres as well as providing workshops for  high school and university music students and elementary school teachers on teaching elementary music.

Hundreds of children have progressed from her program to successful and joyful music studies for over 35 years.

Susan teaches the Musical Threes and the Music Readiness programs.
