One of Canada’s most dynamic performers, Charlotte has been on the scene for over forty years. Charlotte Moore is a Canadian Musical Theatre Icon, having appeared across the country in everything from Blockbuster Musicals (Les Mis, Hairspray, Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Wizard of Oz) to many Original Canadian Works.
She is the daughter of Mavor Moore (Order of Canada, Governor General’s Award, first Artist to head the Canada Council) and grand-daughter of Dora Mavor Moore (after whom Toronto’s annual Theatre Awards are named), In fact Charlotte was the recipient of the 1990 Dora Award for best performance in a musical her work in “The Rocky Horror Show”, and was nominated again exactly 30 years later for “Sunday In The Park With George”.
Accompanied by DONOVAN LENABAT
Donavon LeNabat is a legend in the Toronto Open Mic scene and was a real contender on this season's “Canada’s Got Talent”. Known as “a singer’s accompanist,” Donavon has been a mainstay for over a decade, playing for “Curtains Down”, “Singular Sensation”, and his own Open Mic nights at various venues. During Covid, Donavon was a true champion of "keeping going" with his "Anti-Social Gathering" - livestreaming concerts from his home every week with top-notch performers, including tonight's star - Charlotte Moore
