Opposites Attract!

The first half of the program will feature violinist Erica Mancuso, a graduate from the Glenn Gould School, and a Conservatory faculty member, performing The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams - one of the most beautiful compositions in the classical repertoire - as well as the captivating work - Arvo Pärt’s Fratres, supported by some of the finest local string players (Victoria Jones & Kim Bell - violins, Vincent Feletti - viola, Rebekka Fry - cello and Martin Virta - string bass).

After intermission  the Josh Norling Quartet is featured (Josh Norling - Saxophone, Frank Deresti - Bass, Lindsay Pugh - Guitar, and Cliff Alloy - Drums) with American Songbook classics and some of Josh’s original compositions.  Josh Norling is also a Conservatory faculty member.
